This is not Patrick Cool and Valérian Roy’s first crack at running a business together; they are entrepreneurs who are committed to bolstering the local economy by developing and showcasing exceptional products. In 2017, they successfully launched Brasserie Amiral, which now produces several products, including the world’s first Gin Ale, a beer brewed gin-style.
