1. DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
Yes, we do! Our store is located in the heart of downtown at 15 Dunlop Street West, Barrie, Ontario. We are proud to be Simcoe County's first exclusively non-alcoholic bottle shop! Outside of the store hours you can still order online from us for pick-up or local delivery. We also offer shipping across Canada.
CURRENT STORE HOURS:
- Sunday - 11am-5pm
- Monday - CLOSED
- Tuesday - Thursday - 11am-6pm
- Friday - Saturday - 11am-8pm
2. HOW LONG DO PICK-UP ORDERS TAKE?
When you place your order for pick-up between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., we do our best to have your order ready within 4-6 hours. Should you require your order in less time, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request in special circumstances.
3. WHERE CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
You have the option to pick up your order from the store during business hours which is located at 15 Dunlop Street West, Barrie ON. You also have the option to pick up your order outside of store hours from 88 Donald Street, Barrie ON. We ask that you please let us know your preference at the time you place your order; you can contact us to make changes to your preferred location.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES & WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Sober Sips currently offers shipping solely within Canada. Within Ontario and Quebec there is flat rate shipping of $15.00. The rest of Canada is flat rate shipping of $19.99. This does not include The Territories; please contact us for a personalized quote. Local delivery is now available across Simcoe County for $5.00 from Monday to Friday! *We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time. 5. WHAT IS YOUR WINTER SHIPPING POLICY?
Our Winter Shipping Policy has been created in order to reduce the risk of products freezing. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 0°C. We do our best to monitor weather forecasts and will ship orders out as the temperatures allow. Please expect some delays during the colder Canadian months of December through to March. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.

Join us for a laid-back evening of Wii Bowling where players of all skill levels can compete for fun, cheer each other on and enjoy delicious snacks and drinks!
"Dear Diary" Live: Journal Reading Event
We all have a few diary entries we'd rather pretend never existed... but where's the fun in that?!! Join us for a night of laughter, nostalgia (and a bit of cringe) as brave volunteers read real entries from their old journals and diaries. Expect awkward crushes, teenage drama, over-the-top emotions and stories that somehow seemed like the end of the world. Whether you're sharing or just listening, it's guaranteed to be a night full of laughs and "I can't believe I wrote that."
Reading is optional. Cheering is mandatory.
"Mix Your Own Mocktail" (Every Saturday)
A quick, fun, 30-minute guided experience at Sober Sips where you’ll create two simple alcohol-free drinks using premium non-alcoholic spirits and mixers.
This is designed to be approachable and enjoyable - not a technical cocktail class. We keep it relaxed, social, and easy to follow so anyone can join in. (Beginner friendly)
Every experience features new rotating drinks, so each visit feels different!
