Shipping policy
Sober Sips currently offers shipping solely within Canada.
Local delivery in Simcoe County is available for $5.00.
Within Ontario and Quebec there is flat rate shipping of $15.00. The rest of Canada is flat rate shipping of $19.99. This does not include The Territories; please contact us for a personalized quote. *We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time; please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Standard fulfillment time for all orders is 1 business day from order placement with usual delivery time within 2-3 business days thereafter.
You will receive an email shipping confirmation with when your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for information to be generated. Delivery within Ontario is available with various couriers. Deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm.
At this time we do not offer shipping or local delivery on weekends. If you need your order faster, please contact us; special arrangements can be made in certain circumstances.
Eligibility for flat rate shipping to remote areas is determined at our discretion. We reserve the right to decide whether we will offer flat rate shipping fees for orders destined for these locations. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you to discuss the shipping options and any potential charges before proceeding with your order.
WINTER SHIPPING POLICY:
Our Winter Shipping Policy has been created in order to reduce the risk of products freezing. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 0°C. We do our best to monitor weather forecasts and will ship orders out as the temperatures allow. Please ensure that someone is available to bring your order inside once delivered to the address provided; we will not be liable for product freezing due to being left outdoors after delivery. Please expect some delays during the colder Canadian months of December through to March. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
