Nick Nemeth is the founder of  Bark & Bitter. He began in 2019 after 20+ years in hospitality with the understanding that  the enjoyment of cocktails doesn't always have to be synonymous with consumption of alcohol. Not only that, but cocktails can also be alcohol-free without compromising on the flavours!  He has crafted award-winning bitters with the love of creating delicious cocktails!
