Jeff has excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to find my recent order that is lost with the courier. He personally phoned me twice and looped me in on the emails with the courier. The courier has not responded and Sober Sips has refunded my order. Jeff even found a place near by me that sells the wine I ordered so I can go there to get it. I was so impressed with my shopping experience at Sober Sips today. The owners were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of non-alcoholic beers was outstanding. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into curating a variety of options for all tastes. The had an great assortment of non-alcoholic beers, cocktails, spirits and wines.
